What is our size range for Made To Order shoes styles?

Made To Order shoes are available in sizes 34-44,including half size.

When will my Made To Order shoes be ready to ship?

Each pair of made-to-order shoes is made in Yvon Yang’s own family factory by hand. Please allow a 4~6 weeks delivery time.

Can I change my order after I have placed that?

Due to personalize styles, Made To Order shoes can not be amended after order placed 24 hours.

Can I cancel my order after I have place that?

Due to personalize styles, Made To Order shoes can not be amended after placed 24 hours.

Can I follow my Made To Order shoes process?

What payment methods does Yvon Yang accept?

You can pay for your order through Credit Card or Pay pal.

Should I pay for the freight for my Made To Order shoes?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You are not obliged to create an account to make a purchase,you may also checkout as a guest.We suggest that you to create an account to manage your purchase record,address details and payment account.

What should I do if my forgot my password?

You may reset your password by click “Forgot Password”,then enter your email to reset your password.

When will my shoes be ready to ship?

Once we received your order, we will send out the shoes within in 5~7 working days,it will takes a  delivery time in 2~4 working days.

Can YVON YANG assist with my shoe sizing?

Yvon Yang shoes come in European sizing, please refer to our Size Guide for furtherinformation.

Can I choose a delivery time?

It is not possible to choose a specific date and time. You can try to contact the express company with Airway bill,directly to organize a possible delivery date.

What shall I do if my shoes hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your shoes has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest you to check the order status: in the My Orders section for registered users; or by entering the Order Number from the confirmation email in the Track Order. Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct In the case of a missed delivery.
